In front of his hometown crowd, Dynamic Kidd was victorious in an EWA debut match with The Widowmaker at 7:43. After the match, Dave Vicious came down and beat the tar out of both men for no apparent reason.
Leader of the Partners in Crime, Joshua Shea did an interview with local cable access host Ed Simpson. Shea explained why The Partners in Crime were battling each other, but after Simpson again questioned his logic, Shea jumped him, but Simpson quickly turned it around on the manager until Precious Lucy and Mark Jaguar Nugera came down to make the save for Shea. As the three kicked a fallen Simpson, Centerfold Steve Ramsey and Damian Houston came in to make the save.
Slater ran his record to 2-0 in the EWA beating Damian Houston in a match that highlighted both workers different styles. After Slater got the three count at the 9:09 mark, Dave Vicious again ran into the ring and delivered the Delicious Driver to both men.
Matt Masterman came out to the ring next with the EWA Hardcore Title, saying that he found that piece of crap laying in the back so he took it and because he hates hardcore wrestling, he would beat Damon Darcangelo and retire the belt. Well Masterman was off a bit as Damon Darcangelo defeated him at 10:20 to once again regain the EWA hardcore title. Masterman was impressive in his EWA debut, taking one hell of a beating all over the building, but in the end, D'arcangelo showed why he's still considered the best by once again capturing the crown.
Mark Jaguar Nugera and Precious Lucy battled each other with their manager, Joshua Shea in a neutral corner. Shea said he had the match made to help Nugera with some mental problems he's having in the ring, but Shea also clearly sided with Precious Lucy during the match. The end came at 8:54 when Shea slipped Lucy a chair and distracted the ref. Jaguar was able to use the chair to his advantage, faceplanting Lucy onto the chair for the pin. When Shea realized what happened, he started berating Lucy. As she rose to her feet, the two began pushing and shoving, and finally Shea and Lucy came to blows. It ended when Jaguar came in the ring and was able to smooth things over between them. The Partners in Crime still seems to be a divided unit.
In a contest for the light heavyweight title, Kidd USA became the new champion at the 10:03 mark after Dave Vicious interfered once again, this time during the match, delivering his Delicious Driver finisher on both men and then leaving. Kidd USA was able to turn over to his side and cover Ramsey with anarm to become the new light heavyweight champion.
Finally, Dave Vicious had a match in the evening that was scheduled, but he failed to defeat Don Juan Desanto in a #1 contenders match. After beating Desanto within an inch of his life, Desanto, who was accompanied to the ring as always by Dr. Reginald Heresy, lay prone for a pin, but Vicious opted to leave the ring, seemingly angry at the world and all of the events around him. Desanto won by countout, albeit on his back and unconsious at 7:55.
In the main event, the most brutal match in the history of the Eastern Wrestling Alliance saw The Hardcore Institute's tag team The Damned battle against Revelations, Apocalypse and Kildevil. Referee Larry Huntley had no choice but to declare the no contest around the 14 minute mark as three people were bleeding, four people had gone through tacks, and about half the locker room was fighting around the outside of the ring. Crutches, license plates, road signs, cookie sheets, chairs, tables, a fire extinguisher, plungers and a shopping cart were just a few of the weapons used in this madness. Not a single fan remained in their seats during this one.
